This (literally) candle-lit evening yoga class is designed to help you slow down, feel grounded and calm the mind with deep breathing and grounding movements that are a mix of gentle hatha, restorative and yin yoga.
The class is suitable for all levels, and drop-ins are welcome (provided you pre-register the day before).
