About the Class: This class offers you a chance to connect with your breath and deepen it, as well as practice poses that offer you relaxation and others that require effort and strength, to help you be in an overall state of balance.
Amelia will be running classes on Mondays and Thursdays of every week.
About the Instructor: Amelia is a Yoga Teacher from the UK, she has been practicing Yoga since she was 19 years old when a friend asked her to come to a university yoga class. She fell in love with it since day 1, and since then she has practiced and learnt about Yoga from many teachers across the world in Scotland, Spain and South Korea where she has lived She took her 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training last summer in Valencia, Spain, with Shiatsu Yoga Mediterraneo.
Amelia teaches Hatha Yoga with focus on the Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), 12 basic asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation. She aims to help her students to have confidence and understanding of yoga to build their own practice and make it a part of their everday life. She really loves to see her students progressing with each class and the satisfaction and joy it brings them, as they become more flexible, stronger, and coordinated, and their bodies, minds and souls align.
