This week’s #TryThisThursday is all about giving those facial muscles a go and smile more. If just the mere fact of how a smile makes us all look better is not enough, here are few more reasons we should all give This Thursday’s exercise a go :
- With every smile endorphins are released – these make us feel happier and less stressed, and guess what – endorphins are released even when you are faking a smile!
- The endorphins also act as a natural pain reliever.
- Smiling release dopamine which can lower your heart rate and blood pressure.
- Smiling makes you appear more approachable.
